Rename the eSIM line
Give it a clear name (e.g. “ZapSim Travel”) to distinguish it from your main plan.

Use the ZapSim eSIM for Internet
In Settings → Cellular, choose your ZapSim eSIM for Internet browsing.

Disable roaming on your main line
Avoid surprise charges by disabling data roaming on your regular plan.

Save the QR code / confirmation email
Keep an offline copy of the QR code and email in case you need to reinstall.

At arrival

Activate the eSIM at your destination
Enable the eSIM profile once you arrive. It connects to the local network automatically.

Verify network connection
Open a browser or an app to confirm data is working properly.

No signal after activation?

Restart your phone. Make sure the eSIM is enabled and selected as the data line.

Slow connection?

Check that your eSIM data plan isn't depleted. Restart your phone or toggle airplane mode on/off to refresh the connection.

Download the QR code image and open the ‘Add eSIM’ option in Settings.
